My Story

MY THOUGHTS ABOUT A SERIOUS SUBJECT . . . CANCER

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH CANCER

I BELIEVE ANY CONDITION CAN BE IMPROVED -  REPAIRED - REVERSED OR ELIMINATED

 

AT THAT TIME I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE SUBJECT OF NATURAL MEDICINE.  THROUGH THE YEARS I OBSERVED MULTIPLE RELATIVES, BROTHERS, AUNTS, UNCLES, AND 2 NIECES OF WHICH 1 DIED OF CANCER WHICH INVOLVED LUNG CANCER. THE OTHERS EXPERIENCED THESE TYPES OF CANCER, PROSTATE, BRAIN, BOWEL, AND PANCREATIC.  AS YOU CAN SEE "CANCER" AND I HAVE CONTINUED TO REMAIN CLOSE ACQUAINTANCES.


HOWEVER, IT WAS ONLY AFTER MANY YEARS LATER AND A LIFE-THREATENING CAR ACCIDENT, DID I THEN REALIZE I HAD TO EDUCATE MYSELF ABOUT HOW NOT TO GET CANCER "AGAIN".

Over a period of time, I developed a belief system that any physical and/or mental weakness or imbalance can be reversed and at the very least improved.

I never allowed myself to believe that having cancer is “BAD LUCK” or “BAD GENES”.

​

“BAD LUCK” is being hit by lightning. “HEREDITY” offers a choice which we can choose. We are capable of changing our health from that of our ancestors if we so decide.

IN MY OPINION, MY EXPERIENCE, and MY BELIEF, up to 90% of cancer can be caused and possibly avoided by the following:

​

  • Diet

  • Environment

  • Lifestyle

  • Sleep deprivation

  • Relationships

I will give you the Major Factors that researchers and myself, believe are contributors to this disease:

  • Growing old – We can control biological and chronological stress.

  • Tobacco – As a person who smoked most of my life, I say “QUIT!” and learn how to reverse the damage.

  • Sunlight – Use common sense and sunscreen.

  • Certain chemicals and other substances – Become aware of toxic surroundings

  • Viruses and bacteria – Incorporate proper supplementation for nourishment and proper cleansing.

  • Certain hormones – Take steps to keep your hormones balanced.

  • A family history of cancer – You can override this by changing your habits.

  • Alcohol – My family owned and operated an Italian restaurant and bar and I did my share of indulging. I have since learned how to strengthen and balance my blood sugar as well as strengthen my pancreas, which was weakened by the extreme amount of sugar intake.

  • Poor diet – Learn what to add to improve your immunity—Do not just learn what to eliminate so you may offset the harm.

  • Lack of exercise – It does not have to be strenuous, just enjoyable for you!

  • Overweight – Add a raw salad with dense vegetable(s) before your cooked meal. It gives you enzymes to digest the dead cooked food and fills you up a bit more. This does not mean ingesting a bowl of head lettuce; that is from the ragweed family and for some can cause allergic reactions. Let us incorporate spinach, romaine lettuce, baby kale, carrots, cucumbers, onions, shredded beets, etc.

The lower bowel is a major body organ. It plays a critical role in cleansing bodily wastes. It is also the largest organ in the immune system. Our immune system protects us. The key is to boost our natural immune system, which finds the damaged abnormal cancer cells and removes them, replacing them with healthy cells. To prevent cancer, one must keep one’s immunity strong. Do you know how to strengthen your immunity or have you ever thought about it?
